How do I vote?
Your email will contain full instructions on how to cast your vote.
How did you get my contact information?
We ask your employer to provide contact and authentication information to facilitate the vote process.
Will my employer know how I voted?
No. The results are given to your employer on an overall basis, advising the number of employees who voted, and whether they voted yes and no.
How is information handled?
Any information collected is for the sole purpose of facilitating the voting process in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Your information will be kept confidential, not shared with any third parties (including your employer) and will be destroyed 90 days after the conclusion of the voting period. We are externally and independently audited and certified to the international information security standard ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
What happens after the vote?
The employer will receive the result of the vote directly from us.
